Don't forget! We start counting the date of delivery from the date of confirmation of payment of your order by the financial institution or compensation of your bank bill and after confirmation of your registration data.

In the case of payment via bank slip, the confirmation period may take up to 3-4 working days.

Some climatic factors or adverse situations may interfere with the delivery of your purchases. In such cases, check if strikes, stoppages or accidents have occurred in your location.

  • Deliveries are from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, except holidays. 
  • Every delivery must have the voucher signed by the recipient with the date, legible name and RG number.
  • Destinations with low population, difficult access or far from capital cities may need more time for delivery. Consult your zip code before finalizing the purchase.
  • Places of destination subject to a differentiated period of time by the Carriers, with the possibility of an increase of up to 4 working days for delivery or being withdrawn at the carrier's agency. 
  • Deliveries are made only within the national territory.
  • There will be no refund of the freight to the customer in case of a second exchange of the same products or request

For the success of your delivery, it is essential that the address and telephone information of your registration are up to date. In case of unsuccessful delivery caused by: absent customer, incorrect registration data or change of address, the order will be returned to our distribution center and your order will be cancelled and refunded.


You can track your order by accessing the link Order Statuslocated on the main page menu. Enter the order number and email registered at the time of purchase and click "view order".

You will also receive step by step your order through the registered email. Click on the word "track" in the email received "Your order has been posted" to view the tracking and get the updated information directly with the carrier.

The delivery status information will be available on the carrier's website one day after the e-mail is sent.
